This is an hands-on event. We'll be using the copper foil stained glass technique to create two of your choice of projects/patterns. You may bring your own ideas consistent with time and materials available. This workshop is intended for beginners ... no experience necessary:)
The workshop is led by Michelle Thomasula, a local artisan and teacher.
You'll have a chance to explore a working blacksmith and glass studio located on a working horse farm. You'll learn some basic copper foil techniques using soldering iron, glass grinders and glass tools ... AND ...enjoy the company of others who share your interest:)
Session limit is FIVE participants
Workshop cost is $100 per person. You may pay the full amount or make a $50 deposit to reserve your seat. Balance due on your workshop date. PayPal payment below.

The workshop is given is at Hammered Heart Forge Studio located at 272 Lowell Drive in Sharpsburg.
We're located on a working horse farm so mind the ducks, riders, dogs, geese and any critters on the way in.
Things to Remember
Dress for the weather and the environment. This is a working studio ... dirt, grit, and heat are always present.
Safety glasses are required and supplied.
Long hair should be tied back or under a hat.
Photos are encouraged but mustn't interfere with others working.
Those under 17 must be accompanied by a related, responsible adult.
This is not a child-friendly environment and unsafe for children 12 and under.

You're encouraged to arrange a visit to the studio at any time before the workshop.
Any card is accepted. PayPal will confirm the transaction. Workshop fees are refundable up to 5 days before the scheduled date.
